Easy run around Lake Florence. First day rehabbing the left hamstring--productive, I guess, but also frustrating to run so little (and to do it so slowly). Basically no aerobic effort here at all--the only limiting factor was pain. As long as I was >9:10 or so, the pain was pretty minor, but if I ran <9:00, I started to feel it pretty significantly.
I didn't run this morning, since it still felt pretty tender when I woke up, but I'm planning to run easy tomorrow morning and then again in the afternoon--the team has a track workout scheduled, so I'll be the slow guy jogging in lane eight, I guess.
