Hey Willie from Minnesota - thanks for the comment. The other day I only ran 2 miles and was wondering, "am I the only one who runs two miles and calls it good?" I just didn't have it, but it still counts in my book.
I also see you're starting a Hal Higdon plan and I am too. I am giving another go to Grandma's marathon this year and hopefully redeeming my time. I'm not sure with Higdon version I'll do but his plan seems to agree with me.
