Exactly the workout I was hoping for. game plan on. thought I had run 6 splits, but stop watch said 5.

8:03-7:52/7:09/7:09/&7:09 but not on the watch)/7:05/7:01/6:56/7:56-7:57= 1:07:13 Tried to work on form and steady pacing.
