Notes

5am temp 30. dry streets (a few patches of ice) and up earlier. took advantage. Pleased overall. took a while to get breathing in sync. Also worked on forefoot strike. St Lukes 15:24-14:54-Moira Mile 7:30.

PM blizzard 4"+ new snow. 1 1/2 miles, heavy legs.

I knew I should have woke up early yesterday to run. I missed it afternoon as had to work through lunch so I could leave early to get my daughter. Today I had a solo day off planned until schools were closed and husband worked from home. Plan to find my way to treadmill tonight. Also have a procedure next week to get rid of pre-cancer so I can continue full force ;) thanks for your support!
