First full run since I started back. Last week did all run walk. This week will do 75% run/walk - 5 mix/ 2 runk. Next week will do 50% run/walk - 4 mix/3 run. Then do 25% run walk - 2 mix / 5 run. Final week all run. Each run will be 5 miles. Weight is very high. Need to lower.
