Still pretty slow for heart rate. Weight is okay though. Still would like to lose five pounds. Going to race a 5K tomorrow. Think I may be able to break 23 minutes. Oh well, hopefully will be faster next year. This is the second 35 mile week I've entered into log. Not bad.
