Well, the slow down continues… This is the seventh race this year. Count of other years: 2008 and 2007: 9; 2002: 8; 2011, 2004 and 2003: 7; 2009, 2006, and 2001: 4; 2005: 3; and 2010: 1. First mile was at 7:40 pace for a bit. This was hot and hilly. I am old - oh well.
