Not sure on official results. Kind of a blah race. Was hoping to be around my PR, but was about :30 off. I lost :20 on the fourth mile, completely lost concentration that mile. Same story as every year. Just watched as Todd, Boatman, and Beth just pulled away and I could do nothing about it. Just not sure what to think and a bit frustrated, especially since I came back and ran a 5:55 last mile. Splits are sorta 6:16, 6:13, 6:25, 6:45, and 5:55. Kinda wish I could have this race back.<br><br>Still puts me where I want to be for longer distance races.
