Notes

Great long run. Five miles marathon pace at the end. Started at Hospital Hill and finished at the top of Franklin Hill. Really strong throughout the workout. Best long run in a couple years. I felt like maybe I was just holding on after going down the hill from the Guthrie and along the flats, but once we hit the hill at Franklin I got stronger somehow.<br><br>It was great running with the group. If it wasn't for Jake and Todd, there would have been no way for me to hit that marathon pace there at the end.
