I started just ahead of a large (20'ish?) running group and I tried to stay ahead of them... made it until maybe 1km, then 2 guys passed me. Then a girl passed me and I tried to keep pace with her. That lasted 3km, then I turned around. Went pretty well for a tempo run... wish I had someone to pace me on the way back!
