Notes

Today was my timed mile- I wanted to do really well. I pushed myself and was excited with my results. It's not my best mile time ever- but it is a PR since my injury. My best time before my injury was 8:35 on the track. I am setting my goal on that time and hoping to get back to that one day. I found myself very tired in the evening after this- this is how I know I pushed myself!
