NIRCA Regionals in Iowa City. Went out w/ Wes, Adam, Tony, Maccoy, and Goggs. ~5:22 at mile 1. Didn't feel good at all after about 4k and pace dropped to ~5:50. Fell back from the pack, eventually caught up to Wes, and Schrantz caught up to me in the final mile/1k. Not the race I wanted at all. Team did really well at least. Need to see how this next week goes.
