Warmed up at 3.6-4.2 for 15 minutes. Yogged at a 5.0 for 45 seconds 10 times with a 90 second rest in between at 4.0. Walked an additional 15 minutes at 4.2.
Normal stiffness/pain in the knee - sorry Reno it was 3:30am when we got up and I didn't have time to heat it! Otherwise, it felt really good, could have had a shorter rest period and longer yog. I'm so ready to actually start this program!!
There is a new dedication and appreciation for the hard work that goes into this (I'm actually really liking what I'm doing!!). I really feel that unlike other times I've tried to start this program, it will actually happen this time. Of course, the support I've received is overwhelming and it helps immensely. :)
