Treadmill

Notes

Had a easy run on thetreadmill. I started at 6mph and every quarter mile I upped the speed a tenth of a mile up to 6.7 mph and then worked back down. The last half mile I sped the run up to 7.5 and the 8 mph. Overall felt pretty good, no pains. Knees hurt for a 1/4 mile or so but then went away.
