Notes
Before: I was worried that my shins and calves would tighten up, and had a few nerves. Was happy that I arrived at the relay point early because the time gave me a chance to warm up well and let the nerves burn off
During: Really pleased that I ran for pretty much 12 miles straight despite the heat. Felt the extra 10lbs and the heat, but kept cool and had no chafing!
After: Was tired and had a small bit of tightness. Much later, stiffness on inside or right knee. Feel very good - what's next!
