Went to see the trainer today for me knees and he said my IT band is just really tight and he showed me a bunch of streches. Im really glad I went to see him now I dont have to worry about it anymore he told me I can run so thats good cause I need to race and earn myself a conference spot. My calfs are REALLY sore right now I hope they feel better tommorow at the meet. I feel like I need a recovery day from this week even though Ive run like 10 miles so thats kinda sad
