FRUSTRATION CENTRAL! Morning run by myself :( the team met at boylan but I had a docters appointment that conflicted with that. Not a fun run at all! My calfs were burning the whole the time. I guess that im glad I didnt meet the group though cause they probably would have dropped me.... HARD!
