We did 4 by 300 200 200. We got 3 minutes rest after the 300, then 2 minutes after the 1st 200, and then 4 minutes rest after the second 200. We were suppose to hit the 300s in 42. They ended up being around 46 ish. Then the 200s were all suppose to be under 30 but they ended up being mostly 30s and maybe a couple 31s. (I only had a watch for the last 2 sets) I think this was still a good workout even though we didnt hit the times.
