My brother graduated today!!! Im so proud! but anyways im stuck in a hotel right now so I used the tredmill which was awful at first I ran the 1st the first mile in a lttle over 8 30 but once I got going it felt good. I went in the hotels hot tub after the run and It felt SO good!!!!!! My muscles feel so relaxed right now!
