after 2 800s I wasnt suppose to be in it but Al was hurting so I asked Rick if i could take his place and he let me. The 1st 2 laps I just kinda chilled, then I picked it up a little on the 3rd lap well alot like I was almost sprinting it was an accident I heard mr popp say something and I just took off then I didnt know what to do so I tried to hold it for a while then I gradually came back to my pace. Last lap Cormack was on me and I was just like not happening and I took off. So on the bus coach K was reading all our times off and since I ran for Al he said Al ran a 5:38 and so we all were making fun of the Al the rest of the ride he was pretty upset me since I disgraced his name.
