4x400. I dropped the baton wops! My hand was numb and I thought I was holding it tight but I guess not. (so naybe like 62 without the drop) So on the first curve I was in lane 1 and the guy closest to me was in lane 6 and he was beating me around the curve I think he had to have been full out sprinting it but then at 200m he died and I pased him easily and I doubt I was moving that fast. When I handed the baton to Sachary I like came down really hard on my last step and my knee just lit up in pain its subsided now though.
