4 sets of 300m 200m 200m with 200 meter recoveries inbetween intervals and 3 minute rest inbetween sets. The workout sounded really intimidating but it wasnt to bad. Closest ive ever been to matt in a workout. (excluding the times hes lapped me) for the 300s I went 49 50 50 50. Didnt get the splits on the 200s but I think I was moving pretty well. Good workout not really too many weak points.
