Not a good run. Both knees were bothering me badly. I really need to rest them and get this problem fixed before the flying pig. If I don't I could be in big trouble. Back to back long runs of 20 was not a good idea with bad knees. At least it is done now and all things considering 8:41 pace was not bad. Not what I was hoping but the 8:05 pace last weekend with a really hard course should be enough for me to feel confident that I can handle the Flying Pig as long as I keep some quality runs in and keep my miles low. I have been backing it down a little but I guess I need to do more of that.
