Notes
Ran on the indoor track and was surprised at how decent I felt after yesterdays run. Not sure what is going on but I like it. I keep waiting for something bad to happen. It seems as though everyone I know of is getting injured. Besides the right hamstring tightness from time to time and my hamstring I really have not had any bad injuries. I feel a knee twinge here or there, have a foot issue here or there but nothing too bad.
