Notes
Decided to run half mile intervals. On the third one my right calf and leg were starting to tighten up a little. I decided to take it a little easy and stop the run. No reason to get injured at this time. I ran a lot of miles last week with a long of 10 so I think this was enough. I will run intervals again next week. I was really hoping to get some swiming in to give my legs a rest.
