Notes
This run felt a lot harder then the 17 miler I ran last week. Could have something to do with all of the hard workouts I did this week. Next week is a back off week. Felt good to get a 20 miler in but I was very glad when it was over. My pace was good at the end and through out though so I did not hit the wall. Took a gu every 4 miles.
The weather also felt worse as well. I was very sweaty when I finished this run. Thank goodness for my hat.
