Notes

I just wanted to get a little bit of race pace in. I pushed harder then I really thought I should need to. Normally I would be worried about this but I did just run a 22 mile run last Saturday and 20 before that. Next week the rest should really freshen up the legs. A couple of nagging injuries like shins and foot stuff but nothing major.
