Notes
I was tired at the end of this one. I tried not to run out too fast. I was hoping to run between 8:15 and 8:45. I achieved that. One of my goals was to finish strong but that did not happen. Now it wasn't too bad but I was just tired.
I took gu's at 4, 8, 12, 16, 19. Still felt like I could have taken more gu's or something else.
