Pumping the Advil and Sudafed, feeling under the weather over the past few days. But, really wanted to run, and glad I did. Plenty of snot-rockets, and I was pretty dry by the end of the run, but otherwise felt good.
However, I need to remember not to wear dark colored shirt when running in the sun. I'm more used to running before the sun is high in the sky, so this was a little different.
The gnat swarms were just nasty along the Mississippi ... yuck.
