PM Run: well, the left leg pain felt worse fr this morning. i was doing hop, skipping kind of thing during turns so i wouldn't put any strain on my left leg pain. i had put my ice packs on the pain during work to help. don't know if it did. i'm gonna have to put on KT tape. it bugged me to whole run. the pain would subside but never go away completely and then the pain would increase and go down a little. i stopped at 6mi so i could stop at the bank to cash my check to save time instead of driving there. ran w/ my camelback again to get back home w/ my stuff. i was waiting in the bank maybe 15min before i got going and ran another 1.5mi.

needed to run 3.5 more mi to make 15mi today, but Joel said i could make up for it tomorrow. i didn't stretch after running today, which was probably bad w/ my left leg pain but i was trying to leave town to get up to Portland. didn't have Recoverite since i ran out on Wednesday. i took a swig of honey though and ate spaghetti about an hr after i was done running. i drank the Go Girl Energy Drink too, that i got fr the Eugene Women's Half. it was pretty good. i don't ususally like the taste of energy drinks but this one was pretty good.
