Workout: AM Run: Easy Run 4mi

Ran from work to the bike path and back to work today. shins were hurting i think again some. over 3mi were on soft stuff. i started off kinda fast and then slowed down. HR was going up and figured i don't have to run too fast since i'm doing a workout later today.
