Saw my chiropractor today. worked on my glutes and got e stem, layed on the water massage bed for about 12min, got adjusted in my neck and back.
Workout: Recovery Run 7min
ha ha. trying to keep my shoes dry was a joke. I got completely soaked! im glad i didn't wear a shirt or it would've just drenched me more and made me colder. this run was completely miserable (b/c of the weather). i can't remember the last time a run was that crappy for me. my right arm would hurt sometimes b/c of how cold i got. i thought i would be better sheltered in the forest but i wasn't. it made it a little harder to run. i took it easy. the only good thing about the run was that i was running on soft trail the whole time. my left glute, leg/butt part hurt some and went down the ham and my shin a little in the beginning.
took Recoverite/Whey about 45min to an hour later. i focused more on getting warm before getting my drink ready.
