Workout: Easy Run 14mi DOUBLE DAY

I was super happy it worked out this morning to run with Holly, Matt, and Bree today. Ran easy pace, conversing a lot of the time. pretty flat running with a couple little inclines. didn't have much pain. left glute hurt a little bit. pain is doing well in staying down. knee hurt a little for a little bit. ran mostly of hard surface so i made sure to wear my vomero's. got onto the bike path from Holly's and up Siskiyou to bike path, then mistletoe to her home. stopped a few minutes so a couple could get a a bathroom brk.

when i got done, i noticed my top foot hurt for a few seconds.

I was really happy to run with the group today. this is really helping me too that they wanna run early in the morning so it disciplines me to have to get to bed earlier, get my run done earlier, start my day earlier and have more time left over. i can do this. it works better this way. i'll be joining them tomorrow for another 7:30 am run.
