PM Run: I had to run a little bit more to make up for the miles missed on Friday. i really didn't wanna run. i just wanted to chill out. Was supposed to do 6.4 mi on this one for the change in schedule but ran 7mi by accident. I missed the turn to onto Murray going back so I added. it's all good. bunch of incline and hills on this one but just took it easy since it's a recovery day anyways. it sprinked for just a short time on my way back. was running on a wet night. left leg pain wasn't too bad this time either.
did 12min abs tonight. I was really upset w/ myself that now that i was doing it the right way since Joel and Helen were there, i found out that my abs are not as strong as i thought they were. it was hard doing the right exercises. that makes me more motivated to wanna work on my abs a lot lot more than once a wk that i only make time for. argh!!! just think how much more i can improve my running w/ a solid, strong core.
