PM Run: Ran from work to Walgreens to get my ferrous sulfate and B12. Ran on the bike path so i got more soft surface. shins didn't hurt as much i think this time. i could feel my left calf though some. there was just this small point on the ball of my calf that i could feel. didn't hinder my running though. ran slow again for recovery day and to keep my HR down, even though it was reading high.
