Had a nice run with Becky and Kevin. i payed more attn to having conversation than to my running. this running with ppl thing is really working good for me :). a bunch of the run was hilly, getting to the ditch, of course, since it's ashland. just took it nice and easy since Becky had a tempo run yesterday and wasn't worried about it since i'm still in fun, play mode.
yes, praise God!!! I have a free massage set up this friday. just told 'em the magic words that i just qualified for the Olympic Trials and i was in for a free massage instead of just putting my number on the board and waiting for someone to call me. Megan was freaking out that she needed a person to work with for a project and i saved the day. yes!! win win. i am so blessed. thank you God. boy do i need it!!!
