PM Run: Ran based off my HR again. i ran faster than what i normally run a day before a race since Joel said it's Chicago that is the big race we need to be more concerned about. legs weren't feeling too bad again. i finished this run and then went inside to get some stuff together to put in my camelback to run to my friends house to sew my racing top so i could do my 4 x 100m strides to their house.
