Nap: none

i figured out time and i wasn't able to fit in my nap, run enough miles and then go to work. i was very happy to run on the treadmill on a day like this when it gets over 100 degress. i'd much rather be outside but not when it's that hot man. i started off running at 7:30 pace just to fit in my mileage and make it to work on time. and then worked my way down to 7:35 to :40 :53, then 8:00 since i gained some time having to pick up the van before work. probably not good to deccelerate but i didn't wanna push it too hard a day before my long progression run tomorrow. i felt pretty good right off the bat at 7:30 pace and felt a little tired the 2nd half of the run.

my legs weren't really hurting and my right leg maybe just slightly. what was hurting me was my lower back. i woke up w/ it hurting this morning. a part below my right shoulder started to hurt the latter part of the run. i wondered if it had to do w/ my back hurting.
