Kept things smooth. Mostly 69s.

Thanks be to God for the good day. Things weren't crazy busy again and I feel like I finally have a little bit of breathing room in my routine again. Just enough to ensure good sleep + getting a little bit of non-work stuff done when I get home. Knee and hammy loosened up nicely as I went through the reps. Breathing wasn't great but it is never great the day after a long/hardish session. The first recovery jog I botched SOOOOOOO badly haha so I started at like the 350 mark of the track and ran a little longer than 400m (so it probably would've also been a 69 or slightly faster). All the others were good. Breathing made some of these more difficult, but the last few I got into a really nice rhythm biomechanically and felt really strong on the back stretch especially.
