Thanks be to God for the good day. Thankfully all the snow slowed down once I got to the track. Felt super great on the first 5-6 and then had to work a little more with muscular fatigue becoming a bit of a factor in the last 2. I started running into reps after your recommendation for this past Tuesday's workout which I really like. Running this fast is coming soooo much easier to me now than even a few weeks ago. Ofcourse like I said I was working a bit for the last few but the first few were really in control. Felt the hammy a bit in the first few but it got better as I went. It just felt like things weren't firing in unison until the later reps.
