Performance lists for WASHU came out. The fact that my 30:40 10k PR is the 49th fastest time entered in a D3 meet is wild. All of the races are stacked and I can't wait to throw down next weekend.
Thanks be to God for the good day. Breathing wasn't great on the run but everything else felt really good. I didn't sleep great last night (my roommate is muslim and so he was up super early to eat for Ramadan and all of the smoke from his cooking traveled up to my room which was annoying), but I eventually fell back asleep. Confidence-wise I'm in a really great place and I can't help but continuously visualize my 10k heat and how it might play out. All I know is that if I'm in the 2nd heat, I have a REALLY good shot to win.
