strides and two-hundos

🌞 came out right on cue.

Thanks be to God for the good day. Woke up tired (sleep was good last night but the 2 nights prior were just ok), but felt pretty solid on the 2s other than my breathing being a little off (not nearly as bad as yesterday) because of the dry air. Women's lacrosse was warming up for a game so I did these on the road and just stopped my watch between 32 and 34 seconds each time. Looking forward to one last big session before the mini-taper. I think I can do 5-6 ks, not sure about more than that (given they will definitely be at VO2 max intensity to run 3:00 to 3:03 at 6,000ft).
