Tread w/ Strides
Every snow day in Colorado Springs, I'm increasingly more proud to be from the midwest. They just don't plow and shovel with the same kind of precision and gusto out here.
Thanks be to God for the good day. Snow day meant nobody came into the office but me, which meant I had a lovely solo work day. Achilles was a little annoyed mostly before and after the run. I broke in new shoes today (after wearing them for a while) so that should help. Felt decent on the treadmill. I don't know if I've ever felt good on the treadmill though. Very much looking forward to a more chill evening, some good sleep and the pre-race tomorrow. I'm finally able to shift my focus to racing which I'm pumped about.
