Notes

Today went well. Did 12, 9 of them with Petty. We were moving pretty good, clipping off some 6s towards the end. Felt the stomach a little bit at the end, but that was just because I didn't enough to eat before the run. If I can keep up good sleeping and rehab habits, I'll get some really good work in before Spring Break. Felt the shin, but nothing new. Did some steeple drills and hips after. It was a good day of work.
