Thanks be to God for the good day overall. Felt pretty flat and tired for most of this, but with it being a week out from the race, my body's signs and signals meet pretty much nothing at this point (everything always feels a little off). Kept things super chill for the run, pounded calories after, and slept well so it'll be fine. Moving the day off to tomorrow because we're getting a cold front with potentially some snow and I want to do the 200s when it's a little warmer out.
