I work for a very cool smaller Toy Company that specializing in Radio Control and Diecast vehicles. Lots of travel and I do my best to keep training when on the road. |
Why do I run:
Well it's the last leg of a Triathlon so I have to run. haha. I have decided for cross training purposes and my anle / knee challenges that Triathlons will be my sport and hobby. |
Why I started running:
I ran cross country in highschool plus swim team. Later played waterpolo. Through my 20's Basketball was my main sport and I regret that decision due to ankel and knee challenges now. Running is difficult for me. I am pacing at around 8:00 and keep my miles low for now. Hoping I can slowing increase them. |
