As of Today (June 19,2019) I will no longer update my runs and bike rides here. I don't have a lot of extra time on my hands and use a Polar Watch. Polar updates my runs & rides automatically to Polar flow and to Strava wireless via my i-phone. Maybe I will consider returning if I have more time or Polar gets automated here. |
