2 by mile on track with quater jog inbetween. Was planning to do 6 but the shitty campus food I just ate wasn't sitting very well. First mile in 5:43 second in 5:51. Now that I have moved away from the love of my life I will extert all that extra emotional energy into running and at least try to make the actual clemson team. I will eat a steady diet of MILES to satisy my never ending hunger.
