Worlout w the high school team. 2 x 100, 2 x 200, 2x 300, 2 x 400, goal pace 60 sec 400 with decent rest inbetween. Was hitting under goal pace until the 400s where I fell off. Ok workout considering I didn't have that much rest from last week
