Notes

Did 4 x 150 strides on the track after 5 miles with 250 jog inbetween. Felt really smooth and had good leg turnover on the strides. Checked my weight before the run and I was 152. Not sure how that happened. I've deff noticed that I've felt lighter on my runs but I should be careful not to loose too much weight and risk loosing vital muscle mass and developing McQuality syndrome.
